The operational readiness must be ensured immediately ... but how? Where do I take my emergency vehicle for repair? Who ensures compliance with EN 1789 for the repair? The Damage
Whether major damage or only a minor impact. The interior of your service vehicle could also be affected. From the retractable seatbelt to parts of the superstructure, enormous forces are released after impact which can cause damage. Often not noticed immediately. The check and the discovery of hidden damage are our speciality. After the repair, we also take care of the acceptance of your vehicle according to EN 1789 with certificate. Therefore, your vehicle keeps the safety and the warranty basics for further use.
The Disposal
The correct and possible type of transport is selected depending on the extent of the damage: either under its own power (Ambulanz Mobile Fetch and Deliver service) or with a transporter. The costs are borne by the respective insurance and are also completely taken over in the case of comprehensive insurance claims as these are necessary for the repair of the damage.
The Expert
The basis of every damage rectification is a good quality and complete expert's report which correctly defines all issues (extent of the effective damage, the suitable repair methods, length of the repair including transfer of the vehicle, reduction in value, assessment of the damaged medical technology, additional times for cleaning and disinfection after the repair and much more). Insurance disputes can be clearly minimised with a qualified expert's report. We always have trained experts/assessors available who know the conversion inside and out.
The Repair
Your vehicle is dismantled and examined point for point and skillfully rebuilt. We pay attention with great care to the compliance with all regulations concerning special vehicles (safety, medical technology equipment, technical gases, EMC, radio, vehicle and fitting technology and many other things). Thus your accident vehicle becomes an almost "new" emergency vehicle again which when finished complies again with all requirements (including the test reports) according to EN 1789. You can rely on this.
The Handover
You take over your repaired emergency vehicle like a new vehicle. Either in our factory or our Fetch and Deliver service hands it over to you at your station.
