We are of the same opinion and that shapes our actions from the outset. Just as it did when we developed the NOVARIS C. Here, we have developed a rescue vehicle that breaks new ground in equipment and manufacturing method.

Even more sturdy and lightweight

In order to improve the basic rigidity of the entire vehicle, we broke new ground in the development. The roof structure was manufactured in the so-called vacuum expansion process, which considerably improves the quality and rigidity of the entire vehicle and is up to 20% lighter.

 

Safety

The NOVARIS C meets not only the requirements of DIN EN 1789 (10 g in all five directions), but also successfully passed the dynamic tests at 25 g forward, 20 g reverse and 15 g sideways. Therefore, we can rightly claim that the NOVARIS C is one of the safest ambulances ever developed and built in Europe.

The exterieur


Roof construction
The roof design clearly speaks Ambulanz Mobile’s design language. With an integrated emergency signal system and a focus on the aerodynamics of the roof structure, the vehicle’s air drag is reduced considerably. As a result, the NOVARIS C is, in contrast to other vehicles, much more efficient.

Signalling technology and hoods
The hoods, either in blue or transparent (depending on the country), are optimally adapted to the roof shape. Except the PowerBlitz (power flash), all hoods are easy to dismantle from the outside. The emergency signal system of the NOVARIS C is delivered with a pressure chamber loudspeaker and a switching option between blue and yellow warning light.

 

 


Light technology
The lighting technology of the NOVARIS C consists of light-emitting diodes and is therefore, characterised by particularly low-consumption and long service life. The pronounced luminosity guarantees high signal effect. The arrangement of the individual LED modules ensures that the NOVARIS C is detected early, regardless of which direction it is approaching.

Interieur

Good working conditions and patient-oriented transport also include a pleasant indoor climate. After all, what’s wrong with feeling comfortable in a patient transport ambulance? Practically nothing in a NOVARIS C.

The Operation

You control the on-board functions on the control panels of the NOVARIS C. The luminosity is generated by organic light emitting diodes. By displaying different colours, they give you feedback on whether the function is enabled, disabled or defective. If a fuse is defective, for instance, the corresponding function button lights up red.
